The Olympic Regional Development Authority Is Dedicated To Equality In Sport.
Local and American women athletes and coaches played a pivotal role in breaking into international jumping competition. The Olympic Authority has since committed to hosting simultaneous men’s and women’s World Cup Jumping competitions on February 6-9, 2025. This will be the first women’s World Cup ski jumping event ever held in the United States. The Olympic Authority, U.S. Ski & Snowboard, and USA Ski Jumping are working together to support equitable pay to women athletes in ski jumping. This initiative underscores the organizations’ commitment to rewarding the incredible achievements of all athletes, regardless of gender.
With the help of all our partners, we hope to achieve parity in prize money for women at this event.

We invite you to attend the Lake Placid Ski Jumping World Cup this February 6-9, 2025, or you can contribute directly to the award of equal prize money.
Make your contribution to equal pay in the form of a tax-deductible donation of any amount to “Eastern Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined,” a non-profit 501c3 that supports ski jumping and Nordic combined skiing in New England and New York. All proceeds received via PayPal will be transferred to the prize purse account and will then be distributed to the prize winners.
